Trellis Wealth Advisors, LLC ("Trellis") does not collect personal information, cookies or any other data on the visitors to its website.
Client Information Policy
The Gramm-Leach Bliley Act requires that our clients receive our Privacy Policy before we begin working together as well as after any material updates.
For clients, Trellis collects personal information in order to open client accounts, to process client transactions and to provide the highest level of client service possible. We understand that by selecting Trellis, clients have entrusted us with private financial information, and we are committed to utilizing a range of security measures to protect that trust. No private client information is sold to anyone for any purpose. You do not have to contact us to benefit from our privacy protections as they apply automatically to all of our clients.
The types of personal information collected by Trellis include:
- Information provided by clients on new account applications and other forms
- Information about client transactions
- Information obtained to verify client identity
- Information provided by clients in discussions with Trellis
Statement of Privacy Policy
It is the policy of Trellis that:
- No personal information is sold to any third parties

Personal information may be disclosed to third parties when the following circumstances exist:
1. Personal information is needed in the processing or servicing of client transactions or accounts, including companies which produce, compile, print and/or mail client account statements or reports, as well as companies serving a vital operational role for Trellis, such as accounting and information technology
2. When it is believed in good faith that disclosure is required or permitted under law (e.g., to cooperate with regulators of the law)
3. When a client specifically asks us to do so in writing - All Trellis employees are required to safeguard personal information

If Trellis wishes to disclose client information not consistent with this Privacy Policy, we will provide you with advance notice giving you an opportunity to opt out of such disclosure.
This Privacy Policy applies to all clients who are current or former Trellis clients. Trellis will communicate this Privacy Policy to you when material changes occur. We review our Privacy Policy on an annual basis and update our online and printed materials as necessary.
